A one time, non refundable application fee t is required to process the application. It applies to new students only.
Once a place is offered, a non-refundable new student deposit/registration fee of up to 10% of the tuition fees must be paid within 5 days of receiving the acceptance letter. This payment secures your child’s place at Dar Al Marefa and will be credited toward Term 1 fees. Please note that this amount is non-refundable in case of withdrawal.
For students transferring within Dubai schools, there is a KHDA administration fee of AED 120 for each student. This fee is collected on behalf of the KHDA by the receiving school.
School buses are provided by RTA. If you wish to apply for the school transport service, please contact Ms Shyamili Chandran via e-mail shyamili.chandran@dtc.gov.ae or call +971 (0) 50 856 1783. **The school bus fee may vary depending on the location.
Most ECA’s offered by the teaching staff are not charged for, unless there is a fee for entry and external coaching involved. Other activities that led by outside academy or external coaches are within a charge , all after school activities are posted on School buddy.
An additional fee for external examinations may apply, consistent with practices at other private and international schools. We will notify you beforehand if this is the case.
A sibling discount of 5% is applied on the third sibling (youngest child) and 10% discount on every subsequent child in each family.
